In this role, you will support customers throughout their ownership journey, providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards of a globally recognized automotive brand.

Your responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels
- Assist customers with service and maintenance appointments, vehicle-related inquiries, and roadside assistance requests
- Provide support for connected vehicle services, mobile applications, infotainment systems, and subscription-based features
- Handle customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Coordinate appointments, service arrangements, courtesy vehicle requests, and customer follow-ups
- Identify customer concerns and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality
What you will bring:
- Fluency in Dutch (minimum C1 level)
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
- Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
- Interest in the automotive industry is considered a plus
- Driver’s license and geographical awareness will be considered advantageous
